Membership
Membership of the library is free and available to all South West Essex NHS and social care staff, whatever your role, wherever you work. Membership Forms are available here (Pdf) or from the library. Proof of employment is needed to register. On completion of the library membership form, you will be given a library membership card which you should produce whenever borrowing, renewing or returning books. We ask users to read and abide by the conditions of membership listed on the form. User Charter available here.

A range of services is available to:
All NHS employees and Social Care staff in Essex,
Students on placement in NHS and Social Care in South West Essex.
The general public may use the library for reference only.

How to join? |
You will need to complete a membership form and provide us with some proof of where you work (such as your Trust identity card) when you come to join and collect your library card. Students should also bring their student identity card with them.
Members agree to abide by the library regulations which are listed on the membership form.
On completion of the library membership form, you will be given a library membership card which you should produce whenever borrowing, renewing or returning books.
